On The situation and Perfection of the System of Guardianship of China
Abstract: In our country s civil law,guardianship regulations have formulated the relevant stipulates,which forms our country s guardianship regulations fundamental frame and establishes the foundation for the civil judgments and judicial practice. However,the above-mentioned stipulates have shown some deficiency in process of the the social develepment and connection s complication.This paper tries to discuss this problem.
